Sky Restaurant: Top American Dining with Stunning Views in Saddle Brook, NJ

Had a great dinner and breakfast the next day. I spent the night at the hotel. The dinner meal was prepared very well. Eddie took very good care me during both of my meals. The salmon that I had for dinner was cooked well. My drink was mixed well. I wouldn’t hesitate to dine here again! I recommend that you stop by here for a special event, or just to see the nice views of the area while enjoying a cocktail, wine, or beer. They have it all!

Eddy and his team at the Crowne Plaza Saddle Brook rooftop bar and restaurant are incredible! The space is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a great atmosphere that’s perfect for any gathering. Eddy and his staff are so welcoming, professional, and attentive — you can tell they truly care about making every guest feel special. From start to finish, the team creates an amazing experience, and we can’t recommend them enough!

Went up for a couple beers and maybe food. The owner walked over and put a bowl of fresh soup in front of me with crackers and said enjoy. It was delicious. He came back and asked if I was going to eat at that point I said, of course do you have any specials that night was chicken Parmesan and I said That would be great. The chicken Parmesan was wonderful and the portion was way more than I could eat, he brought me the check a to go snack and a bottle of water. This level of caring for guests is very rare. I would definitely recommend visiting!

I recently stayed at the hotel after a long flight and had the pleasure of dining at the Skyview Restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Dinner was excellent – I ordered the steak, and it was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and truly hit the spot after a day of travel. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive: perfectly prepared, with great coffee to start the day right. A highlight of my visit was meeting Eddie Aziz, the Director of Food & Beverage. He’s a great guy and clearly passionate about ensuring guests have the best experience possible. The hotel itself was comfortable, and the restaurant was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.

I had my sister’s proposal party here yesterday, and it was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The Skyview Lounge on the 12th floor has the most beautiful views, such a stunning backdrop for such a special moment. The owner Eddie, was incredibly kind, easy to communicate with, and made the entire planning process stress free. The staff was wonderful, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The food was amazing, and having a bar on site was a huge plus for the guests. The venue is clean, elegant, and thoughtfully set up, and you can tell they truly care about their customers experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to host this event. Highly recommend for proposals, celebrations, or any special occasion!

This place is a sleeper. I’ve dined here a few times now during my stays. The food is fantastic and quite reasonable. You will not walk away hungry. Compliments to the chef! Also, compliments to Ed who runs the place. It’s quite obvious he takes great pride in what he does and works hard to ensure you have a great dining experience. He and his team’s service is hard to find anymore.

Checked in with my man Eddie tonight and again he didn’t disappoint. Always a friendly smile and hospitality that is caring and not overbearing. Always enjoy stopping in during my stays in Saddlebrook. Thanks Eddie!!
